Managed another "AFD" today (Tuesday) so that's two this week.

How many AFDs do "they" say you should observe per week? At least two I think. If I stay in, I don't drink. If I take my car with me I don't drink either, but when I park my car in my garage, whatever the time, there's nothing to stop me heading down the road for a schooner or two. It's 0110 and I could go out now. I have done so in the past, but not tonight. I'm tired. No need to "show me the way to go home" as I'm there already, and feeling virtuous.
